Administrators: customer operations and subscription tasks
Find customers by operational ownership, review fixed bulk audiences, schedule future plans, and track task results and export scope.
Scope and access#
This guide is for operators with the relevant administrative permissions. Customer profiles and customer bulk tasks require customer management permission. Subscription, quota and schedule actions require the corresponding billing permissions. If a control is missing or an action is denied, ask a permission administrator to review your access; do not use someone else's account.
rc.65 updates the server and admin console. These steps were checked in a native Electron window using the actual admin pages, an isolated service and synthetic customers. This is not acceptance of an installed desktop package, Windows or live payments. rc.65 also provides desktop installers for macOS ARM64, macOS Intel and Windows 10/11 x64; Android retains its existing version. No general client screenshots were retaken for this update. Chinese labels below identify the current console controls.
Keep three kinds of information separate#
| Information | Purpose | What to review |
|---|---|---|
| Primary policy group | Customer access policies, trial resources and related permissions | The group's purpose and any manual lock |
| Subscription | Plan, seats, commercial benefits and validity | Current plan, target version, dates, orders and active usage |
| Operational ownership and tags | Customer manager, channel, project, contract and follow-up audiences | Who owns the follow-up, the audience and the intended metadata changes |
Changing a manager or tag does not change a primary policy group, subscription or quota. Team billing membership also does not grant project or workspace access. See Accounts, subscriptions and quota for the customer-facing guide.
Find customers, edit profiles and save views#
- Open Customer management (客户管理). In a customer's “…” menu, choose Operational ownership and tags (运营归属与标签). Enter the manager, channel, project, contract reference or name, and follow-up tags, then choose Save operational profile (保存运营资料). Managers must be active internal administrators. Separate tags with commas.
- Expand Operational ownership and follow-up filters (客户运营归属与跟进筛选) above the list. Combine manager, channel, project, contract and tags. Channel, project and contract use exact matches; every entered tag must match. Choose 按运营条件查询客户 to apply these filters.
- In Audience filters and bulk operations (人群筛选与批量操作), combine registration date, subscription status, contact method and keyword with the status and group filters above. Choose Count customers (统计人数) and review who matches.
- Enter a View name (视图名称) and choose Save as view (保存为视图). Selecting a Saved view (已保存视图) restores its conditions and refreshes the customer list. A view saves conditions, not a permanently fixed list of people.
The search box at the top of the customer list can narrow the displayed list further. Bulk actions use the audience controls, count and preview. Applying a saved view clears the previous list search. If another administrator has updated a profile, reopen the customer and review the latest values before saving; an outdated edit will not overwrite their changes.
Assign managers or update tags in bulk#
Choose Adjust customer managers and follow-up tags (调整客户经理与跟进标签) under Bulk action (批量动作). Keep existing managers, assign one manager, or clear the assignment; add or remove tags. A tag cannot be added and removed in the same action. Edit channel, project and contract per customer; this bulk action preserves those fields.
Choose Preview audience (预览名单), check the fixed count and the saved action under 本任务实际执行, then confirm. Changing a filter or action invalidates the previous preview. Customers who match the conditions later are not added to the confirmed task.
Per-customer results show the profile before and after the change. Cancel unfinished items (取消未完成项) retains completed results. For partial failures, resolve the cause, choose 预览仅重试 N 个失败项, review the new failed-item audience, and confirm. Reopening that retry does not reapply the original successful items. If the operator is disabled or loses customer management permission, remaining customer items are blocked with a reason.
Review automatic grouping and large subscription batches#
In billing administration, open Customers and quota (客户与额度), then Global grouping work, exceptions and rules (全量入组待办、异常与规则). The top counters cover all valid subscription candidates. The matching detail count follows the current filters. Locate pending, failed, locked, manually managed or invalid candidates, combining status with customer, plan, account type and primary group.
Review the customers and target groups on the page before choosing Sync / retry customers on this page (同步 / 重试本页客户). Only the displayed audience is processed, and the action is unavailable while automatic grouping is disabled. Retrying does not bypass manual locks or manually managed groups. If saving rules fails, the local draft is retained so you can resolve the cause and try again.
To set subscriptions for many customers, expand 按分组批量设置订阅与企业默认套餐. To restore plan quota, use 按分组恢复套餐额度. Review the group, account type, plan version, dates, seats and business reason before creating a preparation task. Keep its identifier. Preparation saves progress in batches; closing the page or restarting the service does not discard saved progress.
After preparation finishes, review the persisted parameters, fixed count, exclusions and blocked reasons before confirming execution. Resolve preparation failures before resuming. Cancellation retains completed records. Existing paid subscriptions and active usage follow the protections shown on the page; repeated submissions are not a substitute for resolving a conflict. Batch history is separated by action, and a reopened task uses its saved target.
Schedule a future plan change#
From customer details choose Schedule a future plan (安排未来换套餐), or expand Future plans and customer subscription schedules (未来换套餐与客户订阅排程) in Customers and quota. Review the customer, current plan, target plan version, seats, Beijing start/end dates and business reason, then review and save. Schedules are also available under Scheduled tasks (定时任务).
Saving a schedule retains current benefits until the change executes. Execution rechecks subscription changes and conflicts involving orders, refunds, active usage and seats. A blocked schedule retains its reason. Resolve the cause before choosing Review and retry (核对后重试). If the original subscription has changed, cancel the old schedule and arrange a new one using the current benefits.
The change replaces unused subscription quota while preserving top-ups, rewards and compensation. Annual subscriptions grant benefits by period without backfilling expired periods. Scheduling does not register payment, and cancelling a schedule does not issue a refund. A reviewed schedule differs from an ordinary customer bulk task: it is a saved business arrangement and is not automatically cancelled if its creator is later disabled. During handoff, an authorized administrator must explicitly review, cancel or handle it.
Browse full task history and export#
In Customer management, expand All bulk task history and exports (全部批量任务历史与导出). Filter by operator, action, result, start/end dates or task ID/description, then choose Query all tasks (查询全部任务). Dates use Beijing time and include the selected end date. Filters apply to the complete customer bulk-task history. Page through results or open a task by its identifier to inspect per-customer outcomes.
Check the matching count before choosing Export all matching tasks as CSV (导出当前条件全部任务 CSV). The export includes all matching tasks and result summaries, beyond the current page. It does not export every customer profile or the entire billing ledger. Records are fixed when export begins, so subsequent task status changes do not alter that file. Query again after changing filters.
Profile changes, bulk execution and exports leave audit records. Export still requires customer management permission, and spreadsheet formula-like content is handled safely. Keep operational files secure. During handoff, share the task identifier and necessary context, without keys, payment credentials or unrelated customer information. Billing batches and billing operation records remain in their respective billing pages.
