Settings & support
Accounts, subscriptions and quota
Locate account and quota controls, review usage and orders, and understand team account scope.
Find the entry point#
Open Subscriptions & quota from the user menu at the bottom left or from Settings. Signed-in users can also visit the account center. If the entry is unavailable, contact the platform through account feedback.
Check the usage account first#
Review the selected personal or team account, available quota, reserved quota and expiry notices. A task can reserve quota before execution and settle against actual usage afterward; a reservation is not the final charge. Changing the usage account for subsequent tasks affects new tasks. Running tasks retain their original account.
Plans, top-ups and orders#
Choose from the plans and benefits actually offered in your account center. This guide promises no fixed prices, free allowances or payment methods. Check order status after purchase. If payment has not appeared, refresh and keep the order number before making another payment. Use available order controls and platform rules for refunds and invoices.
Team accounts#
Owners, administrators and members have different management permissions. Review seats, member budgets and invitations where available. Membership in a team billing account does not automatically grant project-file or workspace access; configure material access separately.
Quota and model warnings#
Check the current usage account, available quota and models permitted by the plan. For a model billing or plan eligibility warning, send the error text, time and model name through account feedback. Platform administrators control rates and model eligibility. Hide keys, payment credentials and customer materials.
Local and online functions#
Local material management and tools follow desktop offline capabilities. Online models, the account center and payments require a network connection and enabled services. Check model connections and execution targets as well as quota.
A temporarily missing Subscription and quota entry#
The desktop entry is in the lower-left account menu and Settings navigation. Availability follows account, client and backend rollout rules, while existing order/subscription history retains its access rules. Starting with rc.52, one failed refresh does not remove an entry already confirmed for the same account. An unsuccessful first read does not enable commercial features; reconnect and refresh the account or reopen the window. Signing out or switching accounts clears the previous account's presentation state. A visible entry does not permit offline purchases or bypass server authorization.
Administrators: separate operations profiles from subscriptions#
Customer managers, channels, projects, contracts and follow-up tags support customer search and handoff. Primary groups control customer policies; subscriptions control commercial benefits. Editing operational information does not activate, cancel or switch a plan. Check team members' material-access permissions separately.
rc.65 adds global grouping exceptions, future plan schedules, background batch preparation and customer task-history exports. Authorized administrators should follow Customer operations and subscription tasks to review entry points, fixed audiences, failures and export scope. Regular customers continue using the account-center entry above; reading the guide does not grant administrative access.
rc.65 includes the server and admin-console update and provides desktop installers for macOS ARM64, macOS Intel and Windows 10/11 x64; Android retains its existing version. Admin pages were exercised against an isolated API in a native Electron window. The existing customer entry-point instructions retain their earlier verification record; installed desktop packages and live payments were not retested for this update.
