## Goal
Create a knowledge entry with a source, date and scope. Keep the original document, extracted facts and project judgments distinguishable.
## Steps
1. Use the [demo reference](/docs/examples/material-notes.md), or a supplier document you are authorized to use.
2. Identify manufacturer, product ID, document date and revision; name the file clearly.
3. Import it into Drafts (草稿箱) in the intended base and confirm successful parsing.
4. Review generated content, remove unsupported generalizations and preserve missing information.
5. Separate manufacturer claims from test-report evidence. Do not generalize across product ranges without support.
6. After approval, search by product ID and material category and open the original.
## Suggested request
```text
Prepare a knowledge draft covering product identity, document revision, explicit parameters, scope, unresolved items and sources.
Extract only information present in the document.
Distinguish manufacturer descriptions from independent report evidence.
Do not decide that the product suits this project. Leave that judgment for my review.
```
## Maintain the entry
When a revision arrives, inspect changes and retain the validity period of earlier conclusions. Similar entries do not necessarily belong together; thicknesses, finishes and batches may require separate evidence.
## Acceptance
The entry is searchable, its source opens and unknown fields remain visible. The next reader can identify its scope and what still needs confirmation.
