Use your phone to read synchronized projects and results and respond to pending approvals.

## Before you begin
Install the Android version provided by MATLOOK Agent and use the same account as the desktop. Complete [desktop synchronization](../remote-access/) first. The phone is primarily a remote companion; the owning computer executes work.
## Daily workflow
1. Select a computer and workspace at the top.
2. Choose New project and enter its name, or open an existing project. Choose New conversation to start a task, or continue an existing conversation.
3. Read results and expand process details if needed. Use return-to-latest after browsing older messages.
4. Send additional instructions, or inspect a tool/plan request before allowing, rejecting or providing feedback.
5. Check the acknowledgment and updated conversation state. Avoid duplicate submissions during delays.
## Creating projects and conversations
Confirm the owning computer and workspace before creating. Projects and conversations are saved on that computer and inherit workspace model, permission and project-directory settings. Successful creation opens the project or chat. You can wait in the background and reopen creation progress. If a reply is lost, retry confirmation of the same request instead of creating again. Restore synchronization or update the server and computer when the workspace is unavailable, offline or too old.
## Capability boundaries
Android does not provide the complete desktop environment. Do not assume desktop-equivalent attachment upload or original-file access; use the desktop for these tasks. Offline history remains readable, but new commands cannot execute.
## System push
Check the important-event notification toggle in the account area and allow Android notifications. Delivery also depends on server and device-vendor push configuration. Open the conversation if a notification is missing rather than treating that absence as task failure.
## Completion check
You are viewing the correct computer and conversation; an approval causes the expected target-side state change. Inspect file deliverables on a device that can access the originals.
